Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026. This is placeholder copy — replace it with a policy reviewed by a qualified lawyer, matched to the data you actually collect, before you launch.

What we collect

When you submit the Identity Audit form (Section 7 of this site), we store your full name, work email or phone number, website URL or social handle, your chosen primary focus, and your IP address at time of submission.

How we use it

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in a MySQL database on MTRX's hosting infrastructure and are only viewable by authenticated administrators via the password-protected dashboard.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared internally with the MTRX delivery team strictly to follow up on and fulfil the audit or engagement you've requested.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted data at any time by contacting MTRX through the Identity Audit form on this site.
